Got a picture fighting Captain America. His suit was so amazing. You can kind of see it in this, but the chest/shoulder/back area were all these scale things, like they have on aqufina (or some other water brand) trucks, but better. And his shield was aluminum. So freaking cool. I just wish I had thought to have the pic taken from the other side.

So funny things, acronyms are. As we all know, they’re a combination of the first letters of a set words. With this in mind, “lol” means “laugh out loud”. So what do you say when the laughing happened in the past? Most people would use “I loled”. I thought about this for a bit, and was like “shouldn’t it be “ledol” since what you’re trying to say is “laughed out loud” not “laugh out louded”?

Then I thought about it some more and realized that I was a fool. What is the first letter of “laugh”? It’s “L”. What’s the first letter of “Laughed”? It’s “L”. Therefore, if you wanted to say “I laughed out loud” using an acronym, you’d just say “I lol”.

Sounds stupid (or like an Apple product), right? Well, you sound stupid when you use acronyms like this one, so, at the very least, you can learn to use them correctly.

Hadouken (Street Fighter Shot)

• Blue Curacao
• Blueberry vodka
• splash everclear

1. Fill a shot glass with half Blue Curacao and half Blueberry vodka
2. Mix a bit
3. Layer on a small amount of Everclear
4. Light on fire
5. Shout “Hadouken”
6. Extinguish flame
7. Drink

Okay So i have a love of flaming shots. I don’t quite know why, I imagine it’s my lust for fire. Now this drink was made because I simply wanted to make a new flaming shot. So we started working on one and this is what came from it.

The Hadouken is a CLASSIC fighting game move if there ever was one. This and Shoryuken are the two moves that basically defined the fighting game genre. Every one who grew up on the 8-16 bit genre KNOWS this move. and knows the motion you need to do to make it. We hope you all enjoy this drink.

Red vs. Blue (Halo Shot)
Served at Mana Bar, this shot consists of blue curacao layered on top of Dekuyper Sour Grapefruit and raspberry cordial.  Sarge would be proud.

Falcon Punch (Super Smash Bros. Cocktail)

Ingredients:

1/2 shot 151 Proof Rum
1/2 shot Watermelon Pucker
1/2 a glass of Punch Mix (1 gallon of regular Hawaiian Punch and 1 gallon of the Berry Lemonade flavor Hawaiian Punch with a bottle of Everclear/Grain alcohol)

Directions: First fill a glass about halfway with hawaiian/lemonade punch. Then pour the Pucker into a shot glass and layer the 151 over it using a spoon. Light the shot on fire, yell “FALCON PUNCH!” in the most Captain Falcon-esque manner possible, drop it into the punch, and chug. Once done slam your cup down, perform a 2 finger salute from your brow to the next person and say “Show me ya moves!”. That person is then next in line to do a Falcon Punch, or it is grounds for a “party fowl.”
